“The planner rebuilt our week around a storm window we had no idea was coming. We summited Laguna de los Tres in perfect light.”
“Every bus, border crossing, and refugio was sequenced for us. We just followed the plan and it worked.”
“Honest advice — they talked us out of an itinerary that would have been miserable in April and built a better one.”
Before you book
Common questions.
For the peak season (December to February), book 6–12 months ahead — refugios, estancias, and the limited lodges inside or near the national parks sell out first. El Chaltén and Torres del Paine have the tightest supply. For shoulder months (November, March, April) you can often book 1–3 months out. Towns like El Calafate and Puerto Natales have more hotel capacity and absorb last-minute demand better.
