Plan Patagonia is an informational directory and trip-planning resource for Argentine and Chilean Patagonia: trails, places to stay, experiences, transport, and practical tools. We are not a tour operator, travel agency, or booking platform — bookings happen directly with the businesses and platforms we link to.
Trail and safety information
Patagonia is remote, weather changes fast, and conditions on any trail can differ from what any guide — including ours — describes. Distances, difficulty ratings, seasonal windows, weather data, and gear suggestions are provided in good faith as planning aids, not as professional mountain guidance. Always check current conditions with park authorities and local operators, carry appropriate gear, and make your own judgment calls. You are responsible for your own safety.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep information current, but prices, schedules, opening status, and services change without notice — especially across Patagonian seasons. Third-party bookings and links
Links to accommodations, tours, transport, gear retailers, and other services take you to third parties. Your contract for any booking or purchase is with them, under their terms. Concierge and planning services
When you submit a trip-planning request, we'll respond with suggestions based on the information you give us. Suggestions are advisory; decisions and bookings remain yours.
Intellectual property
The site's content — text, design, data curation, and imagery we own or license — belongs to Plan Patagonia. You may not scrape, republish, or commercially reuse it without written permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plan Patagonia is not liable for losses arising from reliance on site content, third-party services we link to, or events beyond our control — including injuries, cancellations, or costs incurred during your trip.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
